| Our lighters are of high quality, that is why we can offer a limited lifetime warranty on our Premium stainless steel lighters. Because there are mechanical and electronic parts in our lighters it can of course happen that a lighter is not working properly and need to be replaced. Visit the FAQ page before clicking any further We DO NOT replace lighters used in a commercial setting, such as restaurants etc! Please complete the next couple of questions and we will send you a new lighter. |

| IMPORTANT - DO NOT KEEP THE LIGHTER LIT FOR MORE THAN 15-20 seconds when pointing downward!!! - as this will over-heat the electronic igniter and make it fail. If igniter is failing due to over-heating it will NOT be covered under warranty. |
