If you are experiencing a low or no flame after refilling go
through these steps: [as always be careful with open flames]

- After filling make sure the flame-height adjuster
- is set at medium-to-low, if too low or too high
- it may not light. If flame is still very low, even in
- the highest position go to the next step >>>>
- With a small screwdriver, or other thin tool,
- lift the wheel about 1/8" - see picture---->>
- turn the wheel ⅛ turn to the left [counter-clock-wise], this
will take you past the build-in "stopper" - Now MAKE SURE the wheel is turned to the middle-to-right
position (low flame) BEFORE you light the lighter. - You should now be able to dial a higher flame!
